When you send an enquiry

We receive the name, email address, message and optional company, budget, timing, project answers or brief details you choose to submit. We use them to assess your request, reply and discuss a possible engagement. We do not add enquiry contacts to marketing lists or sell enquiry information.

The delivery integration supports Web3Forms and, when configured, a backup delivery service. A successful form response means a delivery provider accepted the enquiry; it does not establish that someone has already read it. If delivery is unavailable, the form tells you and offers direct email.

Where configured, failed submissions without attachments may be kept in a restricted Cloudflare recovery store for up to 90 days so they can be reviewed or recovered. Enquiry correspondence is kept for handling the conversation and relevant business records; you can contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion. We will explain any reason information needs to be retained.

Files you choose to share

Selected attachments remain in your browser until you send the enquiry. When file delivery is enabled, the server checks the permitted file type, basic signature, number and size before forwarding the files to the configured delivery provider. These checks are not a malware scan. Files are not published on this website or sent to the AI review feature. This website does not keep attachment bytes in its recovery store. If delivery fails, your selected files remain in the open form; no complete copy is promised to have been saved. The delivery provider may retain files according to its own data practices.

Please share only material you have permission to send, use redacted examples, and avoid passwords, personal records or confidential client documents. We can discuss an appropriate transfer process for sensitive project materials separately.

Optional AI brief review

When available, AI review runs only after you choose it and agree to share the displayed project text with the provider named beside the consent option: fal.ai and its model providers, or OpenAI in a legacy configuration. It sends your goal, selected direction, current stage and visible project answers, together with prepared catalogue context. It excludes the separate name, email and company fields, filenames and attachment contents. Anything you type into the project text is included, so remove confidential or personal information before requesting a review.

The integration requests reduced provider storage of input and output where supported. This is not a promise of zero retention; the applicable provider data and abuse-monitoring policies still apply. Suggestions may be wrong. You can inspect them, choose whether to apply a summary, and restore your original wording. AI review does not submit your enquiry, make a quotation or commit Tomatrix to a scope.

AI Studio, voice and generated concepts

The AI Studio uses fal.ai and its model providers for text, transcription, speech and image generation. It runs only when you acknowledge this processing and choose an AI action. The text agents receive your question, up to six recent conversation messages, your selected product and catalogue material they request. They can read the prepared catalogue but cannot send enquiries, book meetings, buy anything or change an external system.

Voice input records up to 45 seconds after browser microphone permission. The clip stays on your device until you choose to transcribe it. That action sends the audio to fal.ai; you can edit the transcript before sending it to an agent. “Listen to the response” sends up to 2,200 characters of the latest answer for speech generation. Concept generation sends up to 2,500 characters of your editable working brief. Generated audio may be held on fal’s media infrastructure; we request a short expiry where supported. Provider-generated media URLs are not a private document store.

Conversation messages, recordings and generated previews stay in the open workspace and are not written to our application database. Closing or clearing the workspace removes its in-memory content. Only choosing to save your brief writes that brief to this browser. We request that fal not store JSON input/output history; model-provider handling, operational logs and generated media have separate policies. Do not send confidential, personal, medical or client records through this public discovery workspace. Stopping a request ends the website’s wait but may not cancel provider processing already underway.

Project briefs and illustrative concepts

A project brief is stored in your browser only when you choose to save one. It remains there until you clear the draft or remove site data. It is sent to us only if you include it in an enquiry and submit the form. Contact names and email addresses are not stored in the brief feature.

Catalogue matching runs in your browser using prepared logic. Product images are AI-generated illustrative concepts; screens and project showcases contain fictional content. The catalogue finder and enquiry direction suggestions use prepared matching logic in your browser. They do not call an AI provider. The separate, consented AI Studio and AI review features described above send selected content to models.

Technical information

Hosting and delivery infrastructure may process connection details, such as IP address and request information, to operate the site and prevent abuse. The contact endpoint can use per-connection rate limiting. Application delivery-error logs use a submission reference rather than the enquiry body or email address.

This version does not add advertising trackers or visitor analytics. Fonts and artwork are served with the site. Essential browser storage supports saved briefs, your motion preference and the current-session delivery confirmation; no account is required to browse.

External websites and providers

Links to external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Enquiry delivery and hosting providers may process information in locations outside your country. Provider choices and data-handling requirements should be reviewed as part of any separate client engagement.

You can browse without submitting a form, clear your saved brief, or use email to discuss an enquiry. To request information about your data, corrections or deletion, email info@tomatrix.in. Include enough context to identify the conversation, but do not send passwords or identity documents unless a specific secure process has been agreed.
